Full Body Sculpt & Tone

I and Ru went to join the wellness exercise again... This time we went for the full bodies sculpt and tone exercise… Damn power and shag… the instructor made us work out the whole body…Hands, legs, thigh and abs….Its really very taxing… but hope it can be effective too…. My legs shakes after doing the squats with the weights on both hand… It’s the same instructor as the last class that we attended for kick boxing…. The instructor is good as he will encourage us not to give up despite the moves that he taught us is quite difficult…haha... Think is my stamina that is not up there… Need to train more on my legs as I feel that my leg is not that strong. Really hope that this exercise will tone me up and help us lose weight…Tats is our aim!!! Wahahaha….Will write down the moves and share wif u guys.... :)


Full Body Sculpt & Tone
